I have served for 20 years leading ministries and non-profits, and have extensive experience developing teams of people to accomplish their goals and impact their community. As a leader, my desire is to serve others and help people grow.

I have B.S. from the University of Notre Dame in Chemistry, an M.A. from the University of Texas in Physical Chemistry, and a D. Ed. Min from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Organizational Leadership.

At The Austin Stone Community Church, my focus was on cultivating leadership and implementing strategic processes that nurture the health and growth of ministry. Through grace, I did this by a commitment to excel in pastoral oversight and through training and mobilizing communities, leveraging my expertise in missional strategy and nonprofit leadership.

As a Founding Partner of the 100 UPG Cooperative, I played a pivotal role in igniting global church planting movements. This experience honed my skills in social networking and voluntary partnerships, enabling me to contribute significantly to network expansion and the creation of impactful global strategies.

I have served as the Chairman of the Board for Launch Global, a board member for several non-profits in Central Texas and nationally, and also have been busy raising five kids with my incredible wife in Austin, TX.

Through Engstrom Ventures, I hope to serve you and others to expand impact, extend influence, and eliminate your distractions. And in all things, I desire most for people to know the hope of Christ.
