About Todd
A strategist, coach, and operator.
Todd Engstrom has spent two decades helping leaders turn vision into organizations that can carry it.
Before founding Engstrom Ventures, Todd spent nearly eighteen years at The Austin Stone Community Church. As Executive Pastor of Ministry Strategies, he led five ministries and more than 75 full-time, part-time, and contract staff through substantial rebuilding and growth.
His work spans strategy, people, systems, budgets, governance, and execution, along with the practical judgment to hold them together.
